How to do auto-archive on Outlook

Step 1: Open Outlook
Step 2: Click File
Step 3: Click Options
Step 4: Click Advanced
Step 5: Click Auto Archive settings
Step 6: Tick “Run Auto Archive every 14 days” -> untick “delete expired items (email folders only)” -> Browse
Step 7: Change file name from archive -> auto-archive in Outlook Files
If pop up a “invalid” click ok and please create a new folder name “Outlook Files” and Ok
Step 8: Double check the file location -> OK
