In order to streamline requests and serve you better, we have created a support ticket system to track, record and monitor progress of the closed-up. Every request is assigned with a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. We provide a complete archives and history of all your requests for your reference. MIS Help Desk system will define each request as a "ticket".

We need you to submit all IT problem or requests via this system, including Microsoft Office issue, printer problems, system hang, PC problem, virus spam issue, and etc.

When requesting assistance from our team, please refrain from emailing us personally, as it will not create a ticket (record & track your request properly. You also will encounter the risk of been overlook). Generating a ticket number is very important for us to support you.
